CASE THREE
Case presentation: A 59 year old female with complaint of left upper chest wall pain sudden onset with tingling to the left arm. Patient denies shortness of breath, nausea, or diaphoresis. She rates the pain 3/10. She also states she feels hot all over. Exam: Chest clear bilateral, no increase in pain on inspiration or palpation.
